About Us

Gehard Rosenmann and Mike Roets both have over 30 years experience in development and construction.

Both started careers in Johannesburg and were involved with numerous projects from golf course estates like Jackal Creek, Dainfern, Copper Leaf, Blue Valley - Lifestyle estates like Fourways Gardens, Cedar Lakes, Silver Lakes and more boutique projects like Brooklands, Thulabos and Stone River.

Involvement with these projects spanned from conceptualising and marketing on behalf of other companies to land acquisition, design, project management, construction and marketing in-house.

Mike has been in Sedgefield since 2004 and Gehard relocated in 2018. Both are leading slightly less stressed lives but still have a deep love for property.
